For example, we produced the iconic Wilson Airless Basketball using SLS with PA2200 nylon and DyeMansion post-processing for precise dimensional repeatability and surface consistency at scale. We also produced hundreds of COA Fishing rod handle components in SLS using TPU 1301 for flexible, tactile grip geometry, and precision structural components for Lightstorm Entertainment using Nylon 12CF. Other projects include eBike shields for Motocutz, limited edition figures for Totem × Jean Dawson, and full-color animatronic eyes using PolyJet multi-material resin printing, demonstrating our ability to handle diverse production needs from consumer products to entertainment installations.

DyeMansion Powerfuse S — VaporFuse Surfacing (VFS)
Chemical vapor smoothing for SLS nylon parts. Eliminates layer lines, seals the surface, and produces a water-resistant, injection-molded quality finish.
DyeMansion DM60 — DeepDye Coloring
Industrial-grade dye system for SLS parts. Deep color penetration to the core — not surface coating — in any color from the full DyeMansion color database.
VaporFuse Surfacing — Powder & VFS Finish Options
Our Powerfuse S delivers PolyShot Surfacing (PSS) and VaporFuse Surfacing (VFS) finishes compatible with PA2200, TPU 1301, and PA12. Eliminates porosity, improves mechanical properties, and unlocks the full DyeMansion color database.
DeepDye Coloring — 170+ RAL Colors, Pantone, Custom Match
The DM60 supports standard colors developed for PA2200, TPU 1301, PA12, and grey-base materials. Full RAL Classic library (170 colors), Pantone TPG matching, automotive ColorsX, tactical colors, neon colors, and custom corporate color development — all available in production volumes.
